Our Commitment
JAKO is committed to making thejako.uk accessible to all visitors, regardless of ability or the technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our benchmark.

Known Limitations
While we work to maintain high accessibility standards, some areas of the site may not yet fully meet all guidelines. These include:

  • Certain portfolio gallery interactions rely on mouse or touch input and may have limited keyboard equivalents — we are working to improve this

Technical Information
thejako.uk is built on a modern web platform and has been tested in current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We have tested with screen readers including VoiceOver (macOS and iOS) and NVDA (Windows). The site relies on JavaScript for certain interactive features; where JavaScript is unavailable, core content remains accessible.
